Here is another form of advertising with brochures that is working very well for me. I order 1000 of these brochures at a time. Once I receive them in the mail I open the box and separate the brochures into stacks of 50 each, giving me 20 stacks of 50 brochures. Next I take 4 of the 20 stacks of brochures (200) and go to 4 different apartment communities. OK, let me explain. At most apartment communities when someone new moves in they will receive a welcome packet. In a welcome packet there are various forms of advertising from local companies like restaurants, auto care, child care, medical, etc. So it’s important for me to get one of my brochures in the welcome packets that managerial staff gives to the new residents. Giving out 200 brochures may sound like a lot of work but it only takes me an average of two hours to go to four different apartment communities and have my brochures in their welcome packets. The first week I did this I went to four different apartment communities each day M-F, and by Saturday I had sold four beds! Take my advice and do the same thing, and have some made that look exactly like mine, but with your local number instead of mine. If you can’t start with 1000 brochures then start with as many as you can, even if it’s just a 100 and you only go to three different apartment communities with 33 brochures at each place. Get the ball rolling, you owe it to yourself.
